We move children up to the next class or level by their age and skills. Girls must master specific skills and be at least 7 years of age before moving up to the next level of Girls Instructional. This is beneficial for all our students because it ensures they are grouped with other children their age and skill level.

Girls Instructional classes are station based with set rotations and specifically timed events which will help each student achieve the skills needed to move up to the next level. White/Beginner to Grey/Intermediate to Red/Advanced.

All SGA coaches are USAG, Safe Sport, First Aid & CPR certified. All of our coaches have been trained in house side by side with our senior coaching staff along with our preschool and recreational directors. They are evaluated before taking on their own classes to ensure they have received & retained the best training practices.
